Day Habilitation
The Day Habilitation Program provides programs that enable adults that have an intellectual and/or developmental disability to develop more independent lifestyles and maximize their relationships in the community. Services are tailored to individual needs and choices and are provided in both group and individual formats.

Transportation
Transportation Services increases access to the community by providing transportation to and from community employment locations, sheltered workshops, day habilitation programs, and agency activities for adults that have an intellectual and/or developmental disability.

Community Living Services
Community Living Services offer a range of individualized living supports, in your home or ours, with a focus on independence, choice, and community involvement. A team of qualified professionals work with the individual and their support team to develop an annual plan that determines the services that are to be provided.

Community Service Partners
PCBS collaborates with a variety of organizations in the Kansas City area in effort to ensure people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities at all stages of life have access to variety of services and support. For the first time in our history, PCBS has approved more than $1.4 Million in funding to support our Community Partners in 2025.

Service Coordination – CHS
Service Coordinators act as case managers that offer one-to-one support to those of all ages. Since its inception in 1996, the need for Service Coordination has grown, and Center for Human Services proudly provides this service to more than 4,700 people and families throughout Missouri.
