    Platte County Board of Services Advertisement for Bid:

Project consists of an interior renovation of the main level of a 10,880 gross square foot, Type IIB construction, existing building. The upper level is a B occupancy that was recently renovated under a separate contract, no work. Main level is an I-4 occupancy used for an adult day habilitation program. The renovation includes a major restroom renovation as well as all over finish upgrades. The main goal of the project is to increase the accessibility of the space.
