Board Meeting Information
Meetings are held at our administrative office located at 7900 NW 106th Street, Kansas City, MO 64153 and on Zoom. Typically meetings are held at 5:30pm on the third Tuesday of the month with the exception of January, July, and November during which there is no meeting. The December meeting date is set as to not conflict with holidays. The following dates and start times are earmarked for meetings in 2026. These dates are subject to change. Please contact info@pcbsdd.org to confirm the date and time, and to receive the Zoom meeting link for the meeting you would like to attend.

February – 2/17 at 5:30pm
March – 3/17 after PCC Meeting
April – 4/21 at 5:30pm
May – 5/19 at 5:30pm
June – 6/16 after PCC Meeting
July – No Meeting
August – 8/18 at 5:30pm
September – 9/15 after PCC Meeting
October – 10/20 at 5:30pm
November – No Meeting
December – 12/8 at 5:30pm
