The Professional Manager of CLS promotes those with intellectual/developmental disabilities to live their best lives by being responsible for services of an assigned caseload in a residential setting; managing the overall day to day operations of their area; ensuring the implementation and documentation of of ISPs and implementation strategies for persons served; collecting data for continuous quality improvement initiatives; training, supervising, and directing staff.
